The bandwidth depends on the amount of clients (members) you will have. And the template you will choose. Lots of graphics will effect on bandwidth.
10000 visitors will bring good traffic, just imagine they visit your site almost every day for searching new members. They look through the new pictures and so on.

Well, let’s assume you have one dating site. 1000 visitors a day. You may need up to 500Mb of space, or even some more)).
The bandwidth should be somewhere around 4000-5000Mb per month.
